Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
How do I determine my size?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At Powder, we prioritize ethical manufacturing. 80% of our current collection is made from organic cotton, recycled polyester, or deadstock fabrics.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 60 minutes of placement. After this window, our warehouse begins processing and we can no longer make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Afterpay.
